About Us

The purpose of Tiro is to ask meaningful surveys that will help answer research questions and solve practitioner’s needs. 

Our Commercial surveys are designed for rapid and effective surveying. There are several  pre-set surveys that are ready-to-use. Designed surveys may also be fielded.

The site also hosts research surveys for bona-fide New Zealand researchers, with a particular focus on topics at the intersection of engineering and organisations, including:

· New product development and design

· Organizational change management

· Management and leadership styles and efficacy

· Project management

· Knowledge management

· Engineering Leadership and Management (ELEMENT)  

· Team and individual behaviour

Generally our research based surveys are hosted free-of-charge to the researchers, and in this way we all make a contribution to the development of new knowledge and special competencies in New Zealand.
